Materials needed: mixing bowl, greased 9×9 baking dish, mixing spoon, hand mixer with beaters attached

Ingredients:

1 8 oz. block of cream cheese, room temperature, 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of your choice (save 1/2 cup cheddar cheese for garnish), 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon (plus 1/2 cup more for garnish), 2 tablespoons of Jams, Jellies, Galore & More Pepper Jelly (8 oz. jar)**, 1/4 cup chopped green onions including green stem (reserve for garnish)

Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon and 2 tablespoons Jams, Jellies, Galore & More Pepper Jelly. Blend together with hand mixer, until smooth. With mixing spoon, turn into prepared greased 9×9 baking pan. Sprinkle additional 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top and place pan in preheated oven in center for 10-12 minutes or until cheese on top is melted. Remove from oven and spread remainder of 8 oz. jar of pepper jelly on top and garnish with chopped green onion and remaining 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon. Serve with crackers and/or vegetable sticks.

This dip is perfect for game day or night get togethers.

**For a spicier dip, use Jams, Jellies Galore & More Habanero Apricot Jelly in place of the Pepper Jelly.
